Training Request Forms

Field quality assurance consists of a technical representative from CSNRI to be present during composite installation to answer technical questions that may arise and advise on the recording of QA documentation.

CSNRI representatives do not manage project or install product, they will be present purely in an advisory role.

If there are any deviations from the final scope of work in relation to the completed form, it may result in additional charges and shall be solely responsible of the client.

CSNRI has trained and certified thousands of technicians around the world. These include technicians from service providers and contractors to owner/operator technicians performing their own repairs. We have the ability provide training at your own location, but also offer scheduled training courses at our facility in Houston, TX.
